Part P - Electricians Electric Install Doncaster Yorkshire
In January 2005, Part P of the Building Regulations came into force. These regulations introduced safety standards to electrical installations within domestic properties.
This means that (with few exceptions), any electrical work undertaken in your home must be notified to Building Control for inspection. This includes work carried out professionally or by yourself. A contractor who is registered with a Competent Persons Scheme such as ECA ELECSA, is able to self-certify the work to ensure it meets the required standards and has been notified to local building control. ELECSA Approved Contractors have been assessed to ensure that they operate to the highest safety standards. If the work you have had done is affected by Part P, your contractor will notify ELECSA of the work. You will receive a Building Compliance Certificate to confirm the work has been registered with your Local Authority Building Control.
By using an ELECSA contractor, you have the opportunity to purchase a warranty for the completed work.

consumer units. We can update your old existing unit that is unsafe and not upto current standards. A full electrical certificate will be issued on completion.
We will carry out any outdoor power installations that you require.Outdoor sockets, lights shed or garage power. Hot tub or swimming pool power.
We carry out inspection and testing to the latest regulations BS7671. We offer a full optional warranty for all of our work that has been carried out by one of our City And Guilds trained electricians.
We install all voice and data cabling patch panels giga bit switches data cabinets. Home entertainment along with any home access installations. We install Sonos home systems.

We can fully install your home or office underfloor heating system using the latest componants from Polypipe. We will pressure test before floor screed is applied. We can also screed the floor using Agillia from Larfarge.
We install all first and second fix wiring to any Special locations inc bathrooms and kitchens. We also offer a full kitchen and bathroom fitting service for the one stop shop approach.
Commercial 415 volt 3 phase is undertaken. Due to this nature of work call for a site visit.
We PAT test for office and rental properties. We fit Alarms and CCTV using the latest Cat 6 systems with a POE application.
I Would like to say the staff from Electric install did a fantastic job. I called them at 11pm as all my house electrics had blown. I had some burning smell in the fuse box and didn't know what to do. Shaun was very helpfull and found the fault in a matter of minutes. The part was on his van it was fitted and tested. I was so relieved as my central heating was off and was getting cold.

Thanks again to the team not only at Electric Install but Mr Hot Tubs also. A fault occured on my Hot tub and was looking for an electrician to have a look. Three sparks came out and scratched their heads. I was passed these guys number by a friend and said that they would sort it. They called out the next day diagnosed and repaired with parts off thier van all with in 40 minutes. Very knowledgeable I have passed thier number on and they have just completed rewire for my friend.
